New Program Applications

  • Application for New Non-ACGME Program (revised 2/2021)
  • Submission Timeline: Applications for new non-ACGME programs are accepted on a rolling basis.  Programs should allow 3-4 months from the time the application is submitted to the GME Office until approval. Programs cannot begin recruitment until after the fellowship has been approved; it is therefore recommended that programs take into consideration the review timeline and expected timeframe for recruitment (eg, whether internal timeline or set by a national match or specialty society).
  • Completed Application: Please email applications for new programs to Gabrielle Pett at nathangl@uw.edu.
