MedHub

The GME Office uses the MedHub Residency Management System to track all non-ACGME programs, program directors, and program administrators. Programs are not required to use MedHub except in certain situations.

  • Requests for MedHub access: Initiated by the GME Office for new programs and program director and administrator transitions.  Programs can submit a MedHub User Access request form to request access for additional program users.
  • Evaluations Setup and Support: Contact Jessica Kruse (jlkruse@uw.edu) for assistance using MedHub for evaluations.
  • Program Letters of Agreement: All Non-ACGME PLAs are tracked in MedHub. See PLAs and Rotations Requests.
  • Onboarding/Credentialing: Fellows holding the title of Fellow Non-ACGME are onboarded via MedHub. Email uwgme@uw.edu if questions.
