ENGINEERING ABROAD: Upcoming Info Sessions!

Hello,

We will be holding information sessions on CoE study abroad over Zoom and in Maple Hall!

  • ZOOM: Friday, October 25th at 12pm – session with UW Study Abroad office
  • IN-PERSON: Monday, October 28th at 4pm – session focused on CoE program highlights; pizza provided!
    • Maple Hall Great Room
  • ZOOM: Wednesday, November 13th at 5:30pm – session with UW Study Abroad office

We’ll discuss choosing a program, funding, how to apply, and more! Students seeking a wide-ranging overview on study abroad may wish to attend the Zoom sessions, held in conjunction with the UW Study Abroad Office. Students more interested in the specifics of individual CoE programs may prefer the Maple Hall in-person session. Both sessions will be sure to convey the most important information in both categories. 

Programs are available for summer, “early fall” (September term), and during the academic year!

CEE’s October Work From Campus Day! || ☕🍵🥐🍇 || Thursday, October 24, 2024

Dear CEE friends,

This Thursday, the CEE Graduate Student Advisory Board (GSAB) will be hosting the 1st Work From Campus (WFC) event for the academic year, and we would love for you all to join us. 

These WFC events, graciously funded by the department, are open to everyone affiliated with the CEE department (student, researchers, staff & faculty) and are meant to build a deeper sense of community within the department.  

Kindly stop by MOR 110 between 10 AM – 12 PM to get a fresh brew, pick up some pastries, fresh fruits, protein bars, and hopefully stay back for some low-stakes interaction. 

We encourage you to come along with your coffee & snacks receptacles, as we strive to cut down on our single-use waste.
