For all those who are interested in a career in transportation engineering/planning, the Institute of Transportation Engineers is hosting a virtual career fair opportunity this Wednesday 12/4 from 5-7pm. More information and the registration link can be found below.

ITE Washington is bringing together students and transportation professionals from across the state for a virtual career fair and networking event. The 2nd Annual ITE Washington Transportation Career Fair provides a great opportunity for students to learn about potential careers in the transportation field – from planning to engineering – and network with different companies in both eastern and western Washington who will share information about what they do and potential job and internship offerings. Program to include employer introductions and individual break out rooms to network and connect.

The event is free for students! Public sector agencies and private sector firms can reserve a virtual table for free. Registration closes Tuesday 12/3, so sign up today!

Dear CEE friends,

This Wednesday (12/4), the CEE Graduate Student Advisory Board (GSAB) will be hosting the 2nd Work From Campus (WFC) event for the academic year, and we would love for you all to join us. 

These WFC events, graciously funded by the department, are open to everyone affiliated with the CEE department (student, researchers, staff & faculty) and are meant to build a deeper sense of community within the department.  

Kindly stop by MOR 110 between 10 AM – 12 PM to get a fresh brew, pick up some pastries, fresh fruits, protein bars, and hopefully stay for some low-stakes interaction. 

We encourage you to come along with your own coffee mug, as we strive to cut down on our single-use waste.
