Second annual CEE Climate Survey coming next week

Dear CEE Community:

Next Tuesday February 4 we are doing the second annual CEE department-wide climate survey. Please do the survey! We need everyone’s input on their experiences, the good and the bad, to help us continue to make the CEE community as welcoming as possible. We want to hear from all of you!

A link to the survey will be sent by email Tuesday morning and it should take about 10 minutes to complete. We will allocate time for you to do it in meetings and classes. More details on the survey, including draw prizes, are below.

As part of CEE’s strategic plan we are commiting to improving the experience of all CEE community members. This annual survey allows us to measure progress and prioritize areas for improvement to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all.

Results will be used to help us develop actionable strategies and to monitor our progress toward a stronger and more supportive CEE community. We will report back to the CEE community on the results of this survey in Spring 2025.

To limit participation to CEE community members, you will need to be logged in with your UW NetID.  Continue reading
