This project falls under the Public Health Program Team, specifically under the Public Health Law Research goal of determining policies that work to promote and improve community-level health. The level of analysis in this research study is the community. This study uses mixed methods (including focus groups, surveys, key informant interviews and existing data) to analyze whether existing cooperative agreements between local city, county, and/or state law enforcement agencies and five tribes within the Pacific Northwest are associated with lower levels of alcohol-related deaths and injuries.
