Canvas sends email notifications when there is activity in your courses. Use the notifications settings in your account page to determine which notifications you receive, and how often. Changes to your account notification settings will apply to all of your courses.

1. Log on to canvas.uw.edu.
2. Click Account (left hand side).
3. Click Notifications.
4. In the list of Course Activities, click the “bell” icon to choose the frequency for each type of Notification (never, daily, weekly or immediately).
